Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 10% deduction as transactional fees.
To request a cancellation, email us at hello@nufyt.com - we’ll get back to you within 24 working hours.
If your order has already been dispatched, please let us know why you’d like to cancel and refuse the package when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds will reflect in the same account used for payment within 5-7 business days.
Replacements for Damages
We take great care in packing your order, but in the rare case your product arrives damaged, please email hello@nufyt.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and videos showing:
1. The outer packaging
2. The shipping label on the box
3. The invoice slip inside the box
4. The damaged or defective product
Eligible conditions for replacement include:
1. Water damage to the packaging
2. Tampered or opened seal on the pouch
3. Broken or torn pouch
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Replacements for Order Mismatch or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, contact hello@nufyt.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos showing the package, shipping label, and invoice slip.
Once verified, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
Returns
Due to strict food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on products delivered in perfect condition.
Refund Policy
Refunds or returns are only accepted if:
1. The product was damaged in transit
2. The product has a physical defect
3. An incorrect item was shipped
To initiate a return, email hello@nufyt.com with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note:
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial number has been tampered with.
1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll validate your claim.
2. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
3. If not eligible, your request will be declined.
Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.
