RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
01. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To request cancellation of your Nufyt purchase, please contact our customer service team at hello@nufyt.com and include your complete Order ID along with your cancellation reason. For orders not yet shipped, we'll process your cancellation with a minimal 10% processing fee. If your Nufyt package has already been dispatched, simply decline acceptance when the delivery arrives. Once our logistics partner updates the status to "Return to Origin (RTO) initiated," your refund process will begin automatically. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

02. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

While Nufyt takes exceptional care with packaging, transit damage occasionally occurs. If your Nufyt protein arrives damaged, please email hello@nufyt.com within 48 hours post-delivery with comprehensive documentation including:

  • Clear images/video of the damaged Nufyt product
  • Photo of the shipping label on the exterior packaging
  • Picture of the included invoice document

Upon verification of your claim, Nufyt will promptly arrange either a replacement shipment or process a complete refund. Please note that claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window or without sufficient documentation cannot be processed.

03. WHAT DO I DO IF SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER ARE MISSING OR I RECEIVE WRONG ITEMS?

In rare cases where an item is missing or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@nufyt.com within 48 hours. Include photos/videos of your order, including the shipping label and invoice slip. Once verified, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

04. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN DELIVERED?

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of products that have been successfully delivered and are not damaged or defective. We hope you understand our commitment to safety and product integrity.

05. THE PRODUCT DIDN’T SUIT ME. CAN I RETURN IT?

Everyone’s body is different - and while Nufyt is crafted with clean, well-studied ingredients, we understand it may not work the same for everyone. However, personal intolerance or unsuitability is not considered a valid reason for return.If you’re unsure about usage, feel free to contact us — we’d love to guide you on how to make it work best for your needs.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
01. HOW LONG DOES NUFYT TAKE TO DELIVER ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER?

We usually dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

02. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link on your email and/or WhatsApp. Just click the link to view your live delivery status. If you haven't received it, feel free to reach out to us at hello@nufyt.com.

03. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET — WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact us with your Order ID. We’ll quickly check with our delivery partners and provide you with an update or resolution.

04. DOES NUFYT SHIP ACROSS INDIA?

Yes, we deliver pan-India! Whether you're in a metro city or a remote area, we’ll do our best to get Nufyt to your doorstep through our trusted courier partners.

05. DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS OR SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

Currently, we don’t offer express or same-day delivery. However, we’re actively working on faster delivery options in select cities. Stay tuned for updates!

GENERAL QUERIES
01. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes — we can update your shipping address. Please email us at hello@nufyt.com with your Order ID and new address as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes.

02. CAN I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

Yes, if the order is still under processing. Just drop us an email at hello@nufyt.com with your Order ID and correct phone number, and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. After shipping, we can’t modify contact details.

03. CAN I EDIT OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to help you add, remove, or swap items. Just contact us immediately at hello@nufyt.com. Once it’s been dispatched, changes aren’t possible — but we can guide you on next steps if needed.

05. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF INDIA?

Not yet — for now, we only ship within India. But international shipping is on our roadmap. Drop us a message if you're outside India and would love to try Nufyt — we’re listening!

06. CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR MY BUSINESS, TEAM, OR COMMUNITY?
